I had amazing customer service sorting out an issue over a jumper which was received as a gift. It was refreshing to deal with a customer service department who was accessible, helpful and quick to respond. That's quite unusual these days and I will definitely use Finisterre again.

Wife wanted a swim top for cool water swimming while on holiday.
She had never tried one before.
Bought a long sleeved Yule 2 top.
My wife loved it…… now can’t keep her out of the water.
Great quality and would totally recommend.

I ordered aFourier jacket from the sale recently, they had been very popular and only had one left in my size. It was a bit big so I got in contact with customer services and they sourced the same jacket in the next size down, only one left in stock at the Earlham St London branch. I rang the store and spoke to a very helpful person who arranged for it to be posted to me. A happy outcome to a very swift response and action by the Finisterre team! Thank you.

I had a problem with a cardigan I ordered - the Customer Service team were excellent, swift Comms & sorted out a replacement with no quibble. Top service! Quality knitwear too.

I am a newby to Finisterre. I bought a Stormbird Jacket recently and I have to say its a proper bit of kit. It smashes my previous jacket out of the water (a more expensive Mammut) The jacket has top build quality and bold chunky features. It's kept me warm and dry on regular winter walks on the northern hills of Sheffield. If you are after a jacket to keep you warm and dry while looking cool, you just found it. Cheers Finisterre I will be back for more!

Jack went above the call of duty finding a pair of jeans for me in one of the stores when it was sold out on line. Bravo!!

I ordered a shirt for my son well before Christmas but when I gave it ti him he informed me he already had this shirt!! Finisterre allowed me to return the shirt and swiftly refunded my account. I was most impressed with this courteous customer service. Thank you.

I bought my first Finisterre jacket about 13 years ago and it’s still going strong! I love the designs, the quality and the longevity of their gear. And I love the lived and loved services that prioritise repairing and rejuvenating their clothes to give them an even longer life.

I had to contact customer services this week because an item I’d bought as a Christmas present turned out to be faulty. It was only a pair of socks but I got a lovely email back within 24 hours, a discount voucher as an apology and replacements arrived in the post today. I couldn’t be more impressed with how well and how quickly the team dealt with my issue. Thank you!

Excellent - few problems with delivery (no fault of theirs) and customer service were superb - responsive and helpful. Clothes have all been great and love the environmental credentials of the company. A firm fan.

I asked for help with a discount code and also with an item that was out of stock online. Jack helped me via the chat and located the item at one of their shops. Lovely brand, great service. Very happy.

Amazing service. Products always really well (and sustainably) packaged. Easy delivery and returns. But more than anything - amazing customer service. Whenever I've had an issue, it's super quick to get. response. And they'll go above and beyond - I recently had some return items stuck in the post (Royal Mail's fault, not Finisterre's) and they were so good at sorting it out for me.
